Free customs background for the SMS screen.

Whether you’re a big sms user or not, you may want to bring some colors to the SMS screen on your Windows Phone. That is now possible by just running a cab file on your device, courtesy of some folks over at XDA forums. Where else.

The Nexus One is real and coming soon?

I saw this video on Engadget showing the Nexus One taking 21 seconds to boot up. The device is laid on it's package box. Note that the Nexus One, Google's branded phone, appeared in the list of upcoming phones from HTC's 2010 roadmap which has been leaked recently. We are still waiting for an official announcement from Google about the Nexus One.

Looking at the video, I was wondering why would someone simply shoot the device booting up and so close? Weird...

Tweet your most embarrassing lost phone story and win a Windows Phone.

Microsoft is giving away three new Windows Phones for the most "embarrassing" tweet. The phone is yours if you can tell your story in 140 words. Quite challenging. The tweets must be directed to @windowsphone.

Unfortunately, you have to be a legal resident f the U.S. To participate.
