Funny name for a very useful software. ASync PaPro Util stands for ActiveSync Partnership and Profiles Utility and one of it's features is the capability to backup profiles. Here is what it's capable of:
1. Delete all ActiveSync partnership and profiles
2. Invoke creation of new partnership name
3. Backup existing profile
