OldSap over at Xda forums has published a small application that allows you to automatically turn on the speakerphone when you receive or make a phone call. Speakerphone needs to be kept running in the background for this to work. According to OldSap, SpeakerPhone works with both Smartphones and Pocket PCs running WM5/WM6.
