Windows Mobile 6.5 powered devices reviewed.

A week has passed by since the release of Windows Mobile 6.5 and the latter has got mixed reviews. Since I haven’t got a device to play with and the chances that i ever get on are slim. I’ve sent several emails to HTC’s local reseller for getting devices for review, but my requests have all fallen into the cracks it seems. I’ve also learnt that Windows mobile 6.5 will be available sometime in November anyway.

Remo Knops over at MobilityMinded was lucky enough to get his hands on the HTC Touch2; a device pre-loaded with Windows Mobile 6.5. Remo posted an excellent review and thinks “that this is a feature rich device packed with a bulk load of helpful software.” I recommend you read Remo’s review at www.mobilityminded.com/4307/htc-touch2-review-windows-mobile-6-5-and-touchflo-3d-combined

Another review from PocketNow of the Acer NeoTouch S200 F1. This is an interesting device, the second device to sport the 1ghz SnapDragon processor. The firs being the HD2. Read the review by Brandon Miniman at http://pocketnow.com/review/acer-neotouch-s200-f1.

Linley,

A great many thanks for doing a write-up on the Windows Mobile 6.5 powered HTC Touch2, and using a reference to the HTC Touch2 review @ MobilityMinded.

Thank you for the kind words, and your support. That is an excellent start of the day ... :)
