Project AURA is the research project to convert Barcodes into Data strings via the pocket pc and smartphone device camera. Because most device cameras cannot focus to the level the AURA software requires Microsoft will send anyone that sends a self stamped addressed envelope a free Lens kit (worth doing just to get the Lens).
