PocketPCfreewares has a link to a very useful utility on their site. The application replaces Windows Mobile Saves As option with a more complete solution. The interface looks like the Windows (Desktop) Save as dialog. It is much more easier to browse your device using this utility than using Microsoft builtin feature.
