A real free direct push mail service
If you really want to have a direct push mail service for free, through Microsoft Exchange, then go to this site and register. Unlike Emoze, no-deception guaranteed: http://services.mail2web.com/FreeServices/m2wLive/
the difference between this and emoze is that, emoze allows you to set up and connect to your email accounts, including EXchange accounts. mail2web is useful, but youre stuck to using @mail2web.com email address only. so it seems..
