Windows Phone has just been released and Microsoft is already working on an update codenamed Apollo Plus which is to be announced and released in February at Mobile World Congress. Tom Warren of The Verge reports that sources have confirmed that an update is in the works and that Microsoft plans to include VPN support, WiFi connection fix that will maintain the connection on under the lock screen, audio improvements and some other fixes. Apollo Plus will be an interesting update in that it will be the first that Microsoft will push over-the-air. Unlike Windows Phone 7.x devices that requires Zune desktop to install updates.
