Opera turbo does all the processing on Opera's server before sending the data to a PC, PDA. Therefore, the display is faster and network traffic is, considerably reduced and, better yet, you save money. No matter what type of phone, old or new, or network protocol you use, you should experience a noticeable increase in speed.

Browsers that process data on a server somewhere rather on the device/PC (i.e., Skyfire) concern me a bit: 1) your data is being processed by a third party on their server's and 2) if the third party's servers go down, you may not be able to surf the internet for a while.
