If you use Facebook, then you will probably welcome this feature which lets you sync photos of your friends to matching Contacts in Outlook. According to Mel Sampat, the developer, "updated contacts are automatically synced with Windows Mobile devices by Exchange Server or Activesync." Outsync is compatible with XP, Vista and Server 2003.
